InvestSuite’s Storyteller Suite converts portfolio data into personalized quarterly reports delivered as PDFs, videos or podcasts. The platform uses a narrative structure to explain performance and help clients understand what they own, while drawing data from firms’ existing customer relationship management and portfolio systems. More than 5,000 users have adopted the software. In a Standard Life study of 600 participants, the group receiving Storyteller reports increased contributions by 30% over three months. The company says the technology is intended to improve client engagement while reducing the time advisors spend preparing performance reviews.
