RayJay Grows ESOP Advisory Practice With Exec Hire

Raymond James is expanding its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) advisory business by hiring Will Stewart as a managing director in its investment banking division. Stewart joins from investment banking shop PCE, where he spent 21 years leading the firm’s ESOP practice and advised private companies on ESOPs, mergers and acquisitions and recapitalizations. Raymond James said Stewart’s experience will enhance its ability to advise business owners on ESOP transactions and broader ownership-transition strategies.
