Fidelity Investments has opened a new waterfront headquarters in Boston’s Seaport district as it shifts employees toward full-time office work. The company now requires Boston employees to work in the office five days a week and will retain both its new 735,000-square-foot headquarters and existing 855,000-square-foot downtown location to accommodate more than 6,000 workers.
