Northern Trust Wealth Management Expands New York Team With 2 Senior Hires

Northern Trust Wealth Management has expanded its New York team by hiring Gloria Fieldcamp as senior lead relationship manager and James Le Rose as senior relationship manager. Both join from Fiduciary Trust International and bring extensive experience serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives and multigenerational families. Fieldcamp has 14 years of industry experience, while Le Rose brings more than 30 years across wealth management and private banking. Their appointments support Northern Trust’s strategic growth in New York and strengthen its ability to coordinate investment, banking, fiduciary and wealth-planning services. The expansion follows Katie Nixon’s appointment as Northeast region president in 2025.
