MassMutual Life Insurance Company Elevates Joe Mallee to Head Advisor Network

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company has appointed Joe Mallee to lead its network of financial professionals, succeeding John Vaccaro, who plans to retire after nearly 20 years with the company. Mallee served for nearly 15 years as CEO of MassMutual Eastern Pennsylvania. He also previously held positions at Merrill Lynch, Guardian and Penn Mutual, as well as a two-year director stint at Independence Financial Associates. As head of MassMutual Financial Advisors, he will focus on expanding the firm’s reach while increasing productivity and efficiency among its financial professionals.
