Annuities Could Help Anchor Client Relationships

A recent Nationwide survey found that 18% of new annuity buyers sought out or began a relationship with a financial professional specifically to make their purchase. “While annuities are not new, most retirement savers are still unfamiliar with them,” said Rona Guymon, senior vice president of Nationwide Annuity Distribution. “This presents an opportunity for financial professionals to build trust and establish a long-term relationship with new clients.”
