TD Names First US Small-Business Head

TD Bank appointed Mid-South Metro Regional President Chris Ward as its first head of U.S. small-business banking. Ward, who joined TD in 2024 from Bank of America, will oversee the bank’s national small-business segment, including its Small Business Administration loan program. Andy Bregenzer, head of small business and regional banking and co-head of U.S. commercial banking, said TD is committed to supporting small business customers. Ward’s "appointment reiterates our ongoing commitment to delivering even more value to entrepreneurs and small business owners,” Bregenzer said.
