RayJay Taps Goldman Alum To Lead Executive Comp Offering

Raymond James has hired Melissa Internicola from Goldman Sachs to lead Executive Compensation Services, part of the firm’s Workplace Solutions program that serves companies and their executives and employees in aspects of retirement planning, business succession and equity management, among other areas. At Goldman, Internicola was responsible for the firm’s 10b5-1 program, Raymond James said in its announcement. She also spent more than 10 years in Credit Suisse’s Corporate Executive Services group.
