Osaic Leadership Turns Integration Into Engagement

At Osaic ConnectEd 2025, Osaic's Matthew Schlueter, executive vice president (EVP) of operations and technology solutions; Erinn Ford, EVP of advisor engagement and John DiMonda, co-head of the firm's independent channel, said communication, collaboration and trust are driving the firm’s next growth phase after a year of rebuilding its technology and culture. Following its “Journey to One” integration, Osaic eliminated over 1,000 servers and 100 legacy applications, improving speed and reliability. The firm strengthened communication with advisors through weekly updates, town halls and feedback loops that have resolved more than 150 issues. With a focus on engagement, accessibility and productivity, Osaic is using automation and AI to reduce administrative burdens while ensuring technology enhances — not replaces — personal relationships.
