Generative AI May Shoulder up to 40% of Workload, Bank Execs Predict

Nearly half of bank executives surveyed recently by KPMG expect that generative AI will be able to handle 21-40% of their teams’ daily tasks by the end of the year. Six in 10 bank executives said generative AI is a top investment priority this year, while 57% said generative AI is an integral part of their long-term vision for fueling innovation and remaining relevant in the future.
