Best Is Yet To Come for Recruiting at Raymond James and Ameriprise, CEOs Say

Raymond James Financial’s broker recruiting efforts showed signs of an acceleration in the third quarter, with its largest-ever potential haul of big producers in the final stages of negotiations, CEO Paul Reilly told analysts on the company’s quarterly earnings call. In his company’s earnings call, Ameriprise CEO James Cracchiolo also gave an optimistic outlook about broker recruiting while acknowledging a “seasonal slowdown.”
