Ameriprise Names Company Vet To Lead Broker Recruiting

Ameriprise Financial named Brian J. Mora as its new recruiting chief to oversee the expansion of its broker sales force. Mora, who had been leading recruiting in the central region of Ameriprise’s employee brokerage channel, has been named senior vice president of experienced advisor recruiting. Mora fills a role left vacant by Manish Dave, who stepped down in October. Pat O’Connell, president of Ameriprise Advisor Group and Ameriprise Financial Institutions Group, oversaw recruiting in the interim.
