Advisors Using Subscriptions, Flat Fees To Widen Client Base

Fee-payment platform AdvicePay reported that advisors on its platform are more commonly using subscription-based fee models, charging monthly and quarterly fees. The report found that 85% of all AdvicePay invoices were subscription-based last year, up from 83% in 2023. Advisors are also charging more for those subscriptions, with the average monthly cost at $278, up from $265 in 2023.
