TD Bank Taps Industry Veterans for General Counsel, Finance Head Roles To Bolster US Team

Toronto-Dominion (TD) Bank appointed Brian Callanan as U.S. general counsel and Andre Ramos as U.S. finance head, effective Dec. 1, as part of efforts to strengthen its U.S. operations. Callanan previously served as general counsel at the U.S. Treasury and Liberty Strategic Capital. Ramos held senior finance roles at JPMorgan Chase, American Express, HSBC and Citi. TD views the U.S. as a key growth market.
