Guiding the Next Generation of Women Leaders

Marking International Women’s History Month, five women leaders in wealth management explain their roles in fostering the next wave of talent in the industry. One of those leaders, Lindsey Lewis, lives by the guiding belief that "if you can see her, you can be her.” Lewis, managing director and chair at The American College Center for Women in Financial Services, acknowledges that for herself and other women entering the financial advising industry, examples of high-achieving women advisors were often few and far between. Now, these women are teaching the tools they have acquired in hopes of breaking down some of the barriers they had to overcome.
