FINRA Refunding $100M to Member Firms on March 31

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) will refund $100 million to member firms on March 31 after reporting higher-than-expected income in 2025. Eligible firms will receive rebates through account credits, including their annual minimum fee and portions of other regulatory fees, marking the second consecutive year of refunds following a $50 million return in 2024. The surplus stems from stronger trading-related revenues and improved financial projections, reversing losses in prior years.
