Envestnet, now in its second year as a private company under Bain Capital, is executing a five-year “value creation plan” focused on core technology development, go-to-market investment and enhanced client support. During a recent industry conference, Chief Relationship Officer Andrew Stavaridis said the plan allows long-term decision-making and emphasizes strengthening advisor-facing capabilities through hiring in product, development and customer success teams. The company is simplifying technology to create a unified, scalable platform that enhances the advisor-client relationship while expanding high-net-worth services, including personalized portfolios with tax overlay and direct indexing.
