Drawing on his experience leading UKG, Todd emphasized customer service, advisor education and product adoption as priorities. He added that Envestnet is closely monitoring consolidation in the RIA and broker-dealer sectors, viewing mergers as both a growth opportunity and a competitive risk if firms choose rival technology platforms.
