DC Plan Sponsors Looking to Improve Employee Participation, Contribution Rates: Fidelity

As employees continue to delay retirement, more plan sponsors are looking to advisors for help in boosting employee participation and contribution rates to defined contribution (DC) plans, according to a study by Fidelity Investments. Ninety-three percent of DC plan sponsors today work with an advisor, up from 68 percent in 2008, the survey found.
