Citigroup Hires Kate Moore From BlackRock as Wealth CIO

Citigroup named Kate Moore as its new wealth division's chief investment officer (CIO). Moore is expected to join Citi in February from BlackRock, where she was most recently portfolio manager and served as head of thematic strategy for the allocation business. She has also been chief investment strategist for JPMorgan Chase's private bank and held positions at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. She will replace Steven Wieting, interim CIO since David Bailin's resignation last year.
