Citi Launches Workplace Wealth Program for Palantir Employees

Citi Wealth has partnered with Palantir to launch Citi Wealth Ascend, a workplace wealth management program designed for the technology company's eligible employees. The initiative provides access to dedicated wealth advisors, financial planning, investment guidance, banking and lending services tailored to employees with complex compensation packages. Citi said the program was developed using feedback from Palantir employees and management to better address their financial needs and long-term goals. The partnership reflects Citi's broader strategy of expanding workplace-based wealth management services to reach clients earlier in their financial lives.
