Citi Board Names Jane Fraser as Chair
by: Joshua Franklin; Akila Quinio
Citigroup has appointed CEO Jane Fraser as chair of its board and awarded her a one-time $25 million bonus, highlighting her leadership amid the bank’s major restructuring.
