BNY CEO Says AI Is a Jobs Creator

BNY CEO Robin Vince said AI will create jobs rather than eliminate them by increasing efficiency and enabling companies to invest in new opportunities. Speaking at the Milken Institute Global Conference, Vince said AI creates operating leverage and supports business growth. BNY reported major AI adoption, including AI-generated code, digital employees and widespread employee use of its Eliza 2.0 platform developed with OpenAI. Executives compared current AI concerns to past technological shifts that ultimately created new industries and roles.
